ACCESS KEYS
Approximately $100 — Ready Set Stay can arrange installation of a primary or secondary key safe (optional).
PHOTOGRAPHY
From $185 (optional – however strongly recommended).
CLEANING
The cleaner will provide an estimated quote for a standard clean at your home and the guest will pay a “cleaning fee” in addition to the booking. The team will always endeavour to clean on the next available weekday (rather than a weekend) where possible to save costs.
A cleaner’s cupboard will need to be arranged. Ready Set Stay can obtain a quote for locks if required. It is the owner’s responsibility for restocking their amenities /cleaner’s cupboard.
AMENITIES
$50 — plus amenities – Ready Set Stay will supply a list of amenities for guest use and also provide a full restock if required.
COUNCIL
From $100 – The Local Law may require you to register your home with the Council.
STATEMENTS
$0 — Financial statements are provided via email.
